We are seeking INSIDE SALES REPRESNTATIVES! WE WILL HELP OBTAIN A LICENSE
Build your career with us as a Licensed Insurance Agent. You will assist customers with: general policy information, enrollment assistance, and benefit breakdown.
This full time Insurance Agent job includes a base (starting at $20/hour), commissions, bonuses, and ALL INBOUND LEADS.

Our Insurance Sales Agents DO NOT COLD CALL, but take direct inbound calls ONLY.

Most of your time will be spent talking to clients. Because of this, the close rate and commission potential is much greater than at other companies, and we pay commissions for every policy sold.
As an industry leader in an inbound call center environment and advertising, we are providing quality leads in an inbound phone call, connecting our Agents with people that want help and are eager for the best option. Therefore, we are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, and second-to-none multi-tasking skills, for our fast-paced sales environment.
All training and licensing provided, formal classroom product-knowledge training, and practical sales protocols. We are seeking goal oriented, ambitious, and positive candidates.
Licensing(*):
-Valid Maryland Life & Health Producer Combo state-issued Health Insurance License/ Will help get licensed if you do not currently hold one

*PAID TRAINING and we cover all of your expenses such as lead costs, E&O, contracting, and licensing fees

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of Telesales preferred
- Maryland Life & Health Producer Combo State License (we will help with this)
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Positive go-getter attitude with a very clear phone voice.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create trust with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to be number one in sales.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, and/or CRM applications.

Job Type: Base plus Commission
Our agents will make $80,000-$90,000 in their first year. Top producers $100,000.00+ a year. Uncapped income potential.
